To continue competing with cities like Maastricht, Antwerp, or Brussels, it's important to choose quality and diversity in our offering. Rather 100 shops specialized in one area than one shop that offers everything.

Limburg, by the way, is doing very well. The growth in overnight stays has not increased in any other province as strongly as in ours. Many Belgians as well as foreigners increasingly find their way to our bicycle-friendly and particularly hospitable province. The excellent work of Tourism Limburg is naturally not unrelated to this! Besides the very rich offering that Limburg has to offer, there are still many reasons to buy and stay locally.
