The Sint-Gummarus is the very first Limburg Tripel and also a brainchild of Peter. With an alcohol percentage of 8.3%, it's a 100% high fermentation malt beer. Both the Sint-Gummarus Dubbel and the Sint-Gummarus Tripel won the silver medal at Monde Selection, an international quality institute. In 2017, the Sint-Gummarus beer will celebrate its 20th anniversary. Among others, "In Sint-Gummarus" in Bokrijk, as well as "De Ploeg" in Diepenbeek, serve the Tripel on tap. Fun fact: "Sint-Gummarus protects you against fractures and evil women."
